On May 2-3, 2007, a conference of rectors of Ecclesiastical schools of the Russian orthodox church was held in Yekaterinburg. The Orenburg ecclesiastical school was represented by its rector archpriest Nikalay Stremsky and the vice-rector for educational work the priest Alexander Romaneko. The organization of the conference was assured by the archbishop of Yekaterinburg and Verkhotursk.
